campaign faq
What is the typical funding timeline for a campaign?
Most media projects have a funding window of 4 to 8 weeks. During this time, credit unions commit funding to reach the production milestone.
How are funding contributions structured?
Funding is tiered to allow credit unions of all asset sizes to participate. Contributions are held in escrow and only deployed once the project goal is met.
What level of participation do funding CUSOs have?
Participating organizations receive regular production updates, white-labeled media assets for local use, and a seat at project review sessions.
What happens if a campaign does not meet its goal?
In the rare event a project is not fully funded, all commitments are released back to the participating institutions with zero platform fees applied.
